Congratulations to Josh Sizemore (PhD, 2017) for earning his Washington State Professional Engineer’s license and being promoted to Design Engineer at Degenkolb.  Josh works in the Seattle office of Degenkolb where he is active in all market sectors of the firm – including new design, construction means and methods, and seismic upgrade and renovation.
