University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
The Department of Mathematics at Illinois is hosting a conference, “Facets of Noncommutative Geometry,” to be held in Altgeld Hall on June 11-12, 2022. The conference is dedicated to the influence and memory of Tom Nevins (1971-2020). The conference will bring together practitioners in a diverse range of topics associated with noncommutative geometry and will catalyze new interactions between the disparate groups. The conference will focus on highlighting recent developments to inspire the next generation of noncommutative geometers.
