We all recognize that a robust RSO culture is very important to our students and campus community.  The Department of Student Engagement (https://studentengagement.illinois.edu/)  is available to collaborate and assist students and student organizations in imagining creative virtual and safe in-person programs.

Student Events

• All in-person activity, on and off campus, must be submitted for registration including requests for on-campus space via the Involved@Illinois (https://illinois.campuslabs.com/engage/) platform.
• All registered student organizations and clubs will be able to conduct in-person activity (meetings, events, programs, or practices) with (50) or fewer in attendance in any classroom room space.
• Outdoor events are allowed provided the venue is available and attendance must meet the guidelines as outlined by the campus guidelines https://covid19.illinois.edu/on-campus/events/
• A Safety Management Plan must be submitted with each in-person, on or off campus, activity registration and space request. Safety Management Plans will be reviewed by staff in the Student Engagement Department.
• Student organizations and clubs may apply and receive funding from the Student Organization Resource Fee (SOR) Board for programs, events, and domestic travel only. Although travel is permitted, we ask that you continue to be cognizant of the COVID pandemic and its impact across our country.  Club sport teams that elect to travel for competitions will need to submit a notification form (https://forms.illinois.edu/sec/1572585708) and adhere to the Illinois All Sports Policy (https://www.dph.illinois.gov/covid19/community-guidance/sports-safety-guidance)
