The call for abstracts is open. Abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis until either we reach capacity or February 29, 2024.
Abstracts are requested on all aspects of emerging contaminants in the environment, including research, public health, policy, management, outreach, and education. Topics could be on their detection, fate, transport, effects, remediation, prevention, or other related subjects. The conference will include sessions on:

- Agricultural Chemicals
- Algal toxins
- Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)
- Pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) (including naturally occurring hormones)
- Plastics and microplastics (including microplastic fibers)
- Other emerging contaminants
Presentation Types
All presentations must be presented live and be in 16:9 format (widescreen).

- Traditional presentation: 15 minutes total (12 minutes for presenting and 3 minutes for questions).
- Lightning presentation: 5 minutes with a limit of 3 slide.
