Deadline

The application form must be completed by March 13, 2024.

Eligibility

Scholarships are available to anyone with a student status of undergraduate in good standing. ECEC24 is able to offer a limited number of student scholarships to attend the conference. If more people apply than available funds, a waiting list will be established.

Use

Scholarships can be used for registration for the conference.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be received by April 10, 2024, in order to accommodate those on the waiting list. If notice is not received by April 10, 2024, you are responsible for the scholarship costs.

Scholarship Delivery

For students in the University of Illinois System (Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, Springfield).

ECEC24 will charge your student fees account for registration and then credit your account after verification of attendance at the conference.

For non-UI system students

You will pay for your registration and will be reimbursed after verification of attendance at the conference. If you receive the scholarship, you will be emailed with special instructions on the necessary paperwork for reimbursement.
