Registration will open in March 2026. Registration closes on April 13, 2026. We are unable to accept any late registrations.
Registration Cost
- In-person Registration: $400
- In-person Student Registration: $200
- Online Only Registration: $150
There is no free student registration this year. However, undergraduate student scholarships are available.
Both in-person and virtual registration includes access to the Whova platform, all the oral presentations, and the poster presentations for those presenters who choose to upload a digital copy of their poster. The in-person registration includes breakfast and lunch both days as well as appetizers during the poster session.
Payment
Our system does not save registration information. You must pay when you submit your registration information. If you are not the credit card holder, please make an appointment with your card holder so they can enter your registration information when they pay for your registration.
We accept credit/debit cards and the University of Illinois system CFOPAL as preferred payment methods. If your organization does not allow for either of these payment options, you may proceed with registration using the check payment option and additional paperwork needed to complete that payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, we will provide a full refund of your conference fee until April 13, 2026. After April 13, 2026, no refunds will be provided – though you may email the conference committee to request an alternate person attend the conference in your place.
