Propose a Session

We are excited to offer the opportunity to propose a speaker or panel session during the 2026 Emerging Contaminants in the Environment Conference. The deadline to propose a session is June 16, 2025.

Requirements

All speakers, panelists, and session chairs must attend the conference in-person. All speakers, panelists, and session chairs are each financially responsible for their own in-person registration fee and travel/lodging expenses. You are limited to one other speaker/panelist from your own organization.

Notifications of speaker or panel session acceptance will come by June 30, 2025. The ECEC26 committee reserves the right to make final decisions about the conference agenda. Speakers solicited by the session chair must use the ECEC26 speaker abstract submission form and be accepted to the conference by the ECEC26 conference planning committee.
