Yuting(Grace) Fan

Grace Fan is a postdoctoral research associate with IGB. Grace received her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis in 2021 and her Ph.D. degree in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition in the Donovan lab in 2025. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Illinois and is currently a Registered Dietitian. Her research focus on analyzing the Human Milk Oligosaccharide (HMO) profile and maternal and infant health characteristics.
