Engineering North Quad - Fall Autumn Season - Campus Instructional Facility - CIF

Our Commitment

The State of Illinois established the “Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women and Persons with Disabilities Act” to support underrepresented businesses. The act states that “not less than 30% of the total dollar amount of State contracts shall be established as an aspirational goal to be awarded to businesses owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities.” As a state institution, the University of Illinois is committed to achieving this goal.

Our Campus

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign was established in 1862 as one of 37 land-grant institutions established under the Morrill Act and has grown to become an educational beacon for faculty and students around the world. With over 50,000 students enrolled in 15 colleges and instructional units, the University of Illinois is home to a stand-out list of notable faculty, staff, and alumni including athletes, musicians, actors, artists, and inventors of national and international acclaim.
