Do research with impact this summer! $4K stipend included

Do research with impact this summer!
Spend your summer conducting research that makes an impact on our local community through the Community-Academic Scholars Program. Scholars from disciplines across campus work on a research project designed to directly benefit the community. Students from all majors are encouraged to apply to this interdisciplinary program. Selected students receive training, support, and a $4K stipend during the 10-week summer program. Learn more and apply by Feb. 6: go.illinois.edu/community-academicscholars

The Summer 2023 Community-Academic Scholar application period is now open. We have opportunities that may be of interest to students who are passionate about working toward solutions to many of the challenges facing our local and regional communities: mental and physical health, poverty, health disparities, and our society’s urgent need for racial and social justice. Please consider sharing the information below with undergraduate students in your networks.

We cannot stress enough that this program is truly open to all majors. Some of the best work comes out of the interdisciplinary collaboration that occurs between students and academic mentors from different fields!
