Middle Roast vs. Dark Roast

Oldemar’s farm only creates two different roasts, a middle roast and a dark roast. Light roast will never be made on this farm because it does not contain enough flavor and is much too acidic. The longer a coffee bean roasts, the more flavor it can contain. This being said dark roast has more flavor than the middle roast. However, the longer you roast something, the more caffeine is worked out of the bean, meaning, darker roasts of coffee have less caffeine. Because of this, middle roast has more caffeine than dark roast. Both of these factors should be taken into consideration when picking your perfect coffee.
