On November 6, 2024, the CSL-sponsored Compute-Energy-Nexus workshop will bring together internal and external experts to discuss two major societal, research and technology-specific topics:
1. Data Centers and Energy Optimization
2. Data Centers and Smart Grid.
The objectives are (i) to bring diverse UIUC stakeholders together with selected external experts to identify challenges in these topics, and (ii) identify experts that could form teams to address these challenges.
