Standard Registration Fee:

The standard registration fee for the meeting is $200. This fee covers access to all sessions, materials, meals and related activities.

Fee Waiver Request:

We understand that financial constraints may prevent some individuals from attending the meeting. Therefore, we offer a fee waiver option for those who require financial assistance.

Fee Waiver Request Process:

  • On the registration form, you will have the option to select “Fee Waiver Request.”
  • Upon selecting this option, an additional box will appear where you can provide any necessary details to support your fee waiver request.
  • Our team will carefully review each fee waiver request.
  • NOTE: If our team determines that you are not eligible for a fee waiver, you will be contacted promptly and asked to proceed with the payment of the standard registration fee.
