Luke is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science. He studies elections, representation, and corruption with a focus on Latin America. Luke is studying Portuguese in order to conduct field research in Brazil for his dissertation, which will center on the campaign strategies used by parties at the state and local levels.
