Online courses via the Illinois Online Network (ION)

Managed through the nationally-recognized, award-winning Center for Online Learning, Research and Service at the University of Illinois Springfield, the Illinois Online Network (ION) offers online courses designed to enrich faculty and eLearning staff on topics related to online education.

Options via ION

• enroll in 4-week and 8-week online courses
• earn a Master Online Teacher (MOT) Certificate
• earn a Master Online Leader and Administrator (MOLA) Certificate

Certificate in Technology-Enhanced Teaching via CITL

The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL), based on campus, offers a Certificate in Technology-Enhanced Teaching. The experience is designed to encourage instructors to explore educational technologies and to practice and assess technology-enhanced teaching.
