Course Description
In a digital world, each medium can serve multiple purposes of communication by delivering multimedia messages via different channels. The impacts of digital technologies give business a broad scope of marketing practices and the industry.
This course aims to give the participants ample understanding of the critical role of digital media as the delivery channels of marketing communication and the impacts of digital revolution in marketing and the rise of marketing technology industry, through interaction with the instructor, the content, and other students in the course.

Course Goals and Objectives
- Become familiar with marketing communication processes, media trends, and different digital marketing channels.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the impacts of digital media and information technologies on human communication in general and marketing in specific.
- Understand the core features of today’s communication technologies and how these features impacted marketing practices and industry.
- Plan, develop, and optimize digital marketing communication campaigns and evaluate their return on investment.
