Course Description

The Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization Capstone course is a problem-based course where you will apply what you have learned in the courses in this specialization to an actual business situation. The deliverable will be designed to create value from the perspective of potential employers while achieving pedagogical and experiential goals for learners. In this course, students will apply concepts from all specialization courses within a framework of an extended case based on realistic business problems. Three planning elements are used as the framework for the course deliverables; a leadership transition plan, a division-level strategic plan, and an individual leadership development plan.
