I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My research focuses on studying spectral and dynamical aspects of quantum phases of matter.
Before joining UIUC, I was a Distinguished Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Munich and the Munich Center for Quantum Science and Technology from 2019-2023, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Arizona from 2016-2019. I completed my PhD in 2016 at the University of California, Davis under the advisement of Prof. Bruno Nachtergaele.
