Food Science College Bowl
What is College Bowl?
The Institute of Food Technologists Student Association (IFTSA) College Bowl is an annual trivia competition between Food Science programs at various universities. UIUC’s College Bowl Team competes annually in the competition, most recently in the regional IFTSA competition in 2023.
Where can I find more information?
Before the annual competition in the Spring, College Bowl has practice sessions on Thursday (6:00 – 7:00 PM) Bevier Hall Room 372. There will also be a study hall session before practice sessions starting at 5:00 PM in the same room. Any student (undergraduate and graduate alike) can join in for a fun opportunity to use their random food science knowledge to score points and meet other students who share their interest.
