Metaphor

Metaphor of Writing: Are you motivated!? Are you sure!?

People have always told you, “you can’t do ______” in order to build up their own self confidence and reassurance. Something as amazing or incredibly impossible to believe will tend to have a response such as “I can’t believe it” which is what everyone should strive to hear.  Do the unimaginable and surprise the world of your capabilities. Don’t do it for them but yourself and go the extra mile.

My freshman year of high school was probably the moment in which I realized I need to do things for my own satisfaction and to conquer all obstacles in my way. I was blessed to have an amazing P.E. teacher my freshman year. His name was Coach Cain. He would address his students as Mr./Ms. following our last names. He explained to never call us by our first names because we represent not only ourselves but our families as well. He would constantly motivate his students to push past their limits, barriers, and self deprecation. He encouraged us to motivate others and to be happy for other people’s success. He has done so much for me and has earned my utmost respect. I will never forget such an amazing man.

With this in mind and the image below, I write to strive not to just pass with a grade but for my own well being.
