AHS & Department/Unit Social Media Guidelines

The College of Applied Health Sciences’ official social media accounts, operated by the marketing and communications team, support the goals of College and ensure that strategic and meaningful messages are shared effectively with audiences. Developing a comprehensive social media strategy serves as a communications and marketing function that reflects the excellence of the college’s educational, research, and engagement activities.

With some exceptions, AHS departments and units are responsible for creating and maintaining their social media accounts. To assist with this, AHS Marcom has created social media guidelines for use by those responsible for department/unit accounts. We’re also here to work directly with departments and units on content strategy, offer feedback, and share best practices. Please get in touch with any questions.
