Civic Engagement Project

The Civic Engagement Project is funded by the Spencer Foundation. The purpose of the project is to enable parents of children with disabilities to conduct legislative advocacy to inform the next reauthorization of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). We have conducted the training across four states. At the end of the training, parents provide their testimonies for the next IDEA reauthorization. You can find the parent testimonies here:
