Haley Ramos is a freshman student at UIUC. She is from New Lenox, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. She dabbles in watercolor, alcohol marker, and digital mediums. Her pieces are inspired by her own personal experiences growing up and growing into who she is, as well as illustrating the fond memories and bonds she had with her friends and family, who inspire how she views the world and the characters she brings to life in her artwork.

Brittnee Pasillas is a mixed media artist from Schaumburg, Illinois. Her work serves as a commemoration of personal experiences and feelings that have shaped both her identity and sense of self perception.

Sasha is interested in pursuing medical illustration which complements her interest in both science and art. She is currently a Brain and Cognitive Science major with a minor in Art and Design! She enjoys creating portraits that include color, pattern, and lots of mark-making!
Sabrina Longo
Sabrina Longo-Selvaggi is an illustrator, journalist, and second-year student studying Comparative & World Literature and Studio Art. Within her artistic process, she is most fond of making zines and incorporating mixed media (e.g., vintage home magazines, tissue paper, stamps) into her digital pieces. Her style focuses on life’s pockets of joy amidst distressing events like war, natural disaster, and political turmoil. More specifically, her work is inspired by the strength of people she has interviewed for publications such as Latinx drag queens and first-generation immigrants. Her goal is to illuminate that beauty and goodness is an act of defiance in our convoluted and overwhelming world.
