Updated Fall 2025 Schedule

As announced in class this weekend, we have been approved to extend our class schedule on Mondays and Saturdays, so see below for a revised Fall 2025 training schedule. Thank you for your speedy feedback on the Discord survey. 

  • Mondays 5:30 pm – 7 pm
  • Wednesday 6 pm – 7 pm
  • Saturdays 12 pm – 2 pm

Arriving Late – Perform the Late Warm-up Sequence
Please try to arrive on time for class. However, this is a reminder that if you do arrive late to TKD class (after the class has finished the initial jumping jacks), please perform the late warm-up sequence, bow in, and join the class. The late warm-up sequence is 50 jumping jacks, 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, and 50 leg lifts. It is essential to warm up the body before beginning kicking drills and martial arts training.
