Pathways Scholarship

Dear Future Teachers,

 

The Golden Apple Pathway Scholars program is open to a limited number of college sophomores.  The program provides assistance to the Scholars through their college and early teaching years by providing experience in the classroom, financial assistance and mentoring.  The Scholars program receives funding from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.

Bailey Scholarship

The FRED S. BAILEY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM is now accepting applications for over $150,000 in scholarships for U of I students. All undergraduate students who will be enrolled at UIUC in 2013-14 are eligible to receive awards of $3000. Students graduating in 2013-2014 will also be considered for the $5000 Bailey Leadership Awards.

AGED 260: Intro to Leadership Studies and the Leadership Minor

Due to significant demand, AGED 260 will now be offered in large lecture/discussion breakout format starting this spring 2013. We have opened up 90 additional seats and will continue to offer the course spring and fall semesters.  The course is offered this spring on MW 9:00-9:50am with discussion sections at varied times R/F.  There are 180 spots available, 80% of these are unrestricted and the rest are restricted to Leadership Studies Minor or Agricultural Education major students.
