Travel to Chicago
Arrival by Plane
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is located with in 10 miles of the workshop venue. Travel time is between the airport and the venue is between 20 – 40 minutes depending on traffic. MDW is serviced by Delta and Southwest Airlines.
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) 20 miles from IIT with a travel time of 30 – 60 minutes depending on traffic. O’Hare has has a lengthy list of commercial airline carriers.
Arrival by Train
For train travel into Chicago, consult Amtrak timetables with arrivals to Chicago Union Station (CHI). Travel time to IIT is around 15 minutes.
