Welcome! I am an alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Organization and Leadership with a concentration in higher education and my B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. My research interests include engineering identity, culture of engineering, student engagement, underrepresented student experience, and mentoring.
