Author/Presenter: Dominique Fons, MD
Co-Author(s): None

This quantitative and qualitative study investigated completed “on-the-fly”evaluations from faculty for a family medicine residency program for the previous two academic years compared to the current year in order to assess number of evaluations completed per faculty member.  Data was collected from an electronic evaluation system while the current academic evaluations were tabulated on a spreadsheet.  In comparison, the number of faculty evaluations completed increased from last academic year.  Residents reported an increase in feedback with current short-form evaluation as well as more specific feedback with the current short-form evaluations.
