Julia Rausch was an in-house attorney for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. She is based in Austin, Texas. Her work consisted of contracts and procurements.

Ms. Rausch received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Psychology from the University of Illinois in 2020. She then received her J.D. from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2023.
