The Journal of Stored Products and Postharvest Research published the research paper, ‘Women in post harvest management of food production in Nigeria’ (PDF). The report studied the status of women, what could be done to give recognition to their participation, and how they play a role in PHL reduction. Education and training are areas in need of development and focus.
