The Mo Ibrahim Foundation recently released a report, ‘African Agriculture: From Meeting Needs to Creating Wealth’ (PDF). This report looks at the state of African agriculture from the perspectives of economic development, food security, poverty, and the role of women, as well as outlining possible solutions, including PHL reduction practices. The report includes many statistics, charts, and graphs as well as overviews of initiatives and programs currently attempting to address the major issues.
