Lisa Shkoda

Lisa is the Founder and first President of UIUC NutrImpact. She founded NutrImpact in September 2012 with the help of Justine Karduck, MS, RD, LDN, CDE and Jeanette Andrade, MS, RD, LDN, CDE. Lisa created a campus-community service organization to improve the quality on nutrition in her community and facilitate collaborations between dietetic students and registered dietitians. Lisa is looking forward for NutrImpact to grow in the future and be continued by the future generations of UIUC dietetic students.
