The Loyola University Chicago’s annual Careers in Science Fair will be Wednesday, October 19, 2016. The fair will take place on the Lake Shore Campus in the Damen Student Center, from 3:00-5:00PM.
The purpose of this information fair is to educate students about the extensive career fields and opportunities that exist in the various science and technology disciplines. It offers you a chance to learn about options they you might not have previously considered, while meeting Loyola students in an informal setting.

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) will be hosting the first Medical School Virtual Fair on February 4, 2016, from noon to 8:00pm (EST). The Medical School Virtual Fair will offer students an opportunity to interact with admissions representatives from 25 of the nation’s medical schools, as well as current medical students. AAMC staff will also be available to provide a comprehensive review of the various components of the application process, services, and resources available.

This is a major event aimed at students in the sciences. Companies that will be in attendance and recruiting will be looking for students from Molecular and Cellular Biology, Chemical Sciences, Integrative Biology, Crop Sciences, Animal Sciences, Agricultural and Biological Engineering,, Food Science and Human Nutrition, Agricultural and Consumer Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, etc.
Juniors and Seniors especially should take advantage of this incredible opportunity. We understand that Medical school and other pre-professional programs (Dentistry, Vet Med, Physical Therapy, etc) is many of your goals. But to be able to see your options or have back up plans is just as crucial as passing your MCATs, PCATS, and DATs. So please look into putting together and/or polishing your resumes and getting your best suit together and explore the ACES and Sciences Career Fair to be held October 3, 2013 at the ARC from 1pm – 5:30pm.
