How to Request Preservation Supplies
Preservation supplies allow for the safe care and handling of the Library’s materials. Several request forms have
been created by Preservation Services to fulfill the different needs. Below is a list of the request forms and an explanation of how they work.

Preservation Supplies Request Form
This webform sends the request directly to Jody Waitzman, jwaitzma@illinois.edu, who manages preservation supplies ordering.
Library Rain Bag Request Form
The Friends of the Library Fund provides support for the purchase of Library Rain Bags to promote the safe transport of Library material during bad weather.
Limit 200 bags per order.
