LAS Council Purpose

Serve on decision-making committees within the College. There are seven college committees within LAS, ranging from Courses and Curricula to Admissions and Academic Standards to Policy and Development.

Foster communication among LAS students and between the students and administration in the form of discussions, forums, and surveys.

Feature speakers and address special topics for discussion at the semi-monthly meetings. In past years these have included volunteer opportunities, career planning, and post-graduate studies.
