This visual graphic represents 60% readiness level in a flow chart form that identifies four stages of design implementation. Those stages include:
- Design
- Prototype and Test
- Demonstrate
- Transfer
The first two stages are complete as part of the 60% Readiness Level. Descriptions of the stages are as follows:
Design Stage:
- Determine key functional requirements from sector.
- Develop adherent comprehensive design to meet functionality.
- Determine technology that can map to design.
- Support modularity for future flexibility.
Prototype and Test Stage:
- Create base implementation for proof of feasibility.
- Bench test and revise design as needed for sector deployment.
- Enhance and revise base implementation to complete full functionality.
- Document and prepare for field release.
Demonstrate Stage:
- Deploy ARMORE in field between project participants.
- Collect results and revise as necessary.
- Deploy ARMORE in Utility testbed.
- Demonstrate functionality and benefits of system for security and situational awareness.
Transfer Stage:
- Develop further documentation and deployment guidelines.
- Revise and cleanup source code for full open-source release.
- Work with interested parties on integration and transition of technology.
