Hey everyone! Thank you for sending me your pictures. Make A Difference Day was on Oct 28th and we all drove out to Clyde’s Animal Clinic in Mattoon, IL. First and second year vet students were given the opportunity to perform neuter surgeries on male cats in the community, and third and fourth year vet students were able to spay female cats in the community as long as the third years completed their junior surgery spay. Learning and fun was had by all who went. Thank you to everyone at Clyde’s Animal Clinic for giving us the opportunity to help out your community and in turn help us develop some new surgical skills. Also a big thanks to everyone for showing up to their assigned shifts and helping the day run smoothly!
