Melissa E. Sanchez Lecture & Events
Professor Sanchez will be giving an IPRH lecture on Tuesday, March 8, at 7:30PM in the newly refurbished lecture hall in the Levis Faculty Center, entitled “Erotic Accountability in John Donne’s Lyrics.” Students are also invited to coffee to discuss her research interests, the lecture, and her recent book, Erotic Subjects: The Sexuality of Politics in Early Modern English Literature (Oxford UP 2011).

Shakespeare’s 400th Celebrations
The Rare Books & Manuscripts Library is hosting an exhibit and a series of events to celebrate William Shakespeare’s works and representations in their collections. It is called, “‘Oh put me in thy books’: Commemorating the 400th Anniversary of Shakespeare’s Death by opposing on the Shakespeare’s Fictional Lives.”
