Megan is an undergraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Community Health and Global Studies at the University of Illinois. With her focus being international development, she hopes to one day move to East Africa to work in the health field. In the Spring of 2017 she plans to study abroad in Africa and continue to practice studying the language of Swahili.
