Karin Hodgin Jones is a candidate for the Master of Urban Planning degree in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her areas of concentration are sustainable development and transnational planning. Her research focus is on waste streams and finding equitable and sustainable solutions for managing waste in different social contexts in cities throughout the world.
