How to study for a multiple-choice exam in Psychology
Tuesday, February 23rd
4:00 – 5:15 p.m.
27 Psychology Building
Do you hate multiple-choice exams? Do you think the questions are tricky, or based on content you thought was trivial? Do you find that your scores on multiple-choice questions are consistently lower than your scores on written answer questions? If so, this 1.5- hour workshop may be for you. For better or worse, multiple-choice questions are a staple of psychology courses, and they are here to stay. The good news is that there are ways to study effectively for multiple-choice tests. This workshop will focus on dispelling some common misconceptions about studying for multiple-choice tests. We will discuss how to know what you need to know, how to know when you know it, how to use the resources you have, including your time, effectively.
This event is part of the LAS Success Workshops series.
