The Medical Sciences Building is highly interdisciplinary. On our floor, we have laboratories in the Departments on Biochemistry, Cell and Developmental Biology, and Molecular and Integrative Physiology, and we work on model systems from bacteria to mice.

To know what’s going on around us, we hold an annual research symposium. Our 4th annual symposium was held July 28th, 2017, which featured talks from our summer student Ryan Shaw, MD/PhD student Hanna Erickson, and research technician Megan Patton!
