Capt Matthew Woody

CAPTAIN MATTHEW WOODY          

Captain Matthew Woody grew up the son of a United States Army officer and spent his childhood in Montgomery County, Maryland with his three younger brothers. He graduated from Towson University, and in 2014, commissioned through the University of Maryland’s AFROTC Detachment 330. Captain Woody has served as a recruiter in addition to supporting RPA and C-130J airlift/airdrop missions across the Middle East and Africa. He has deployed to Afghanistan and East Africa in support of combat operations. Detachment 190 is excited to have Captain Woody as a part of the cadre here, as the Education and Recruiting Officer.
